Request For Expression Of Interest To Participate At The 3rd Edition Of The Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF)

The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) in collaboration with the Nigerian Export- Import (NEXIM) Bank, Bank of Industry (BOI) and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) in coordinating the participation of Nigerian exporters/ companies at the 3rd Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF) scheduled to hold in Cairo, Egypt from 9th – 15th November, 2023. Application is requested from interested companies who wish to participate at the  event.

 

Criteria :

Interested participants must:

  1. Be registered exporters with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC)
  2. Be exporters/Manufacturers of products (goods & services) of Nigerian origin.
  3. Have products with necessary certifications (mandatory & non-mandatory).
  4. Have product(s) that are well packaged and labelled.
  5. Have the financial/production capacity to export within the African continent and beyond.
  6. Have the ability to generate and execute export orders.

 

Role of Co-coordinating Agencies

As part of the efforts to support the participation of Nigerian companies at the fair, the coordinating Agencies would provide the following:

  1. Air-freighting of product samples (maximum of 50kg only)
  2. Provision of free exhibition booths
  3. Accommodation in host country (Egypt) for the duration of the fair.
  4. Processing of visas.
  5. Selected exhibitors are expected to pay for their return tickets.
