Human Capital Development Centre Lagos – Apparel & Garments

The Human Capital Development Centre (HCDC) in Lagos offers short-term skill acquisition training. It is a well-equipped centre for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) active in the apparel and garments sector. The programme supports businesses to become competitive in international markets.
