NEPC Staff Mentorship and Development Programme
The NEPC Staff Mentorship and Development Programme is a bi-weekly capacity building initiative for all staff. The objective is to gradually commence a transitional programme that will promote shared knowledge and expertise across all cadres of staff. It is also intended to bridge communication gap and ensure adequate familiarity of trade promotion issues across departments.
The platform is also an avenue for instilling confidence and building capacity of staff on leadership and presentation skills.
