Nigeria boasts over 1,000 agricultural products & their derivatives with about 44 solid minerals, all found in commercial quantities across various states. I have been delighted to see countries eager to trade with Nigerian exporters at fairs I have attended. The time is now!

Facts: Nigeria is the largest producer of hibiscus, the second largest producer of ginger, the 4th highest producer of sesame globally and second in Africa. We are also one of the largest producers of cowpea and cocoa. The potential is great and the market is waiting.

The council has come up with initiatives & programs to access the opportunities: Export 35 Redefined, NEPC Connect, Go Global, Go for Certification Campaign, The Domestic Export Warehouse (DEW), STDF project 845, Informal Cross Border Trade (ICBT), Women in Export & others
